Buttons when Disabled

I have a question about the buttons when Disabled: https://wet-boew.github.io/wet-boew-styleguide/design/buttons-en.html#buttons-disabled I understand the the button is disable but I was wondering if the text on the button should still pass the contrast requirement. Thanks
