italics in dfn lists not supported by Canada.ca style guide

In "theme.css"

dfn { font-style: italic; }

The issue is that italics are not supported by the Canada.ca style guide.

It was suggested by our team to remove the italic font-style from definition lists (dfn) in theme.css.
