Accessibility Guide Opinions Wanted
I am working on improving the Accessibility Guide on the WET website, adding new information and making what is there more clear.
I was wondering if anyone here had opinions on what works and what might need changing. Also, any ideas for new content would be welcome.
Thanks for your time :)
@shoffmand I'm working on issue https://github.com/wet-boew/wet-boew-styleguide/issues/118; and since there's some crossover, perhaps I can lend a hand with the greater goal of improving the Guide?
Help would be much appreciated, any specific areas that you have suggestions about or anything like that?
@shoffmand I'm thinking of changing the Accessibility Guide in the following ways:
- Taking the table of contents from the Requirements guide, and dumping it onto the main page of the Accessibility Guide in a Core Features sections (a la Design Guide)
- Separating the requirements into single topic pages
- Bring over the optimal content tools and optimal content examples (as per issue https://github.com/wet-boew/wet-boew-styleguide/issues/118)
Thoughts?

@sviens I've merged your changes. It looks like a good start.
I'm wondering if a code sprint on the accessibility guide would be worthwhile? There's still a lot of work to do there.
@thomasgohard Thanks! Great idea re: the code sprint - the accessibility guide does need some love and care.
@sviens would you be able to help plan something for a code sprint in the next few weeks? cc @zachfalsetto
Next week's codesprint is in Kanata so it might need to wait until the week after.
