On an iPhone iOS 7/Safari, link to a section a first time: the section header is scrolled off-screen above the visible window. image

Scroll back to the TOC and follow the link again: The header shows correctly. image

@cfarquharson Do you know if this is something wrong with the html or if it is a known behaviour of anchors for the iPhone?
