Broken example link on GCWeb index page

I have noticed 3 minors errors or inconsistencies on GCWeb index page.

1. The French example link for "Most requested" component is broken. "Most requested" -> "Documentation and working example" ->"All examples and info" -> "En demande" The link should be "https://wet-boew.github.io/GCWeb/components/gc-most-requested/gc-most-requested-fr.html"

2. The 2 links in "Data JSON" documentation points on the English version of the page. The second link should be changed even though the French version at "https://wet-boew.github.io/wet-boew/docs/ref/wb-data-json/wb-data-json-fr.html" hasn't been translated yet. "Data JSON" -> "All examples and info" -> "Documentations"

3. The order of the English and French examples in "Laws and regulations pages" are swapped compared to all the other items. English should be first for consistency. "Laws and regulations pages" -> "All examples and info" -> "Specification"
