Suggestion: Increase margin below summary tag

We'd like to suggest adding a bit more margin below the summary tag. Currently when the box is expanded, the text below the summary is very squished. Changing the margin bottom of the summary tag when open to .75em instead of .25 makes it look more proportionate. See the before and after examples below.

@pcwsmith As Chief of Canada.ca design, how should we proceed with that? Technically it seems like an easy adjustment. Then on the comm side I'm not too sure how that works.

I agree with @EricLavoie2 's suggestion.

It's such a minor change that I wouldn't see the need for any proactive comms about it.
