Feature request: Pattern Chains

Outside the (not so jam-friendly) Song Mode it´s not possible to chain patterns on the fly. But it could be as easy as on a 303 fourty years ago:

Let´s say we want to chain patterns 1-6 on the Pattern page. Simply press (and hold) S1 and then press S6. Done.

You could potentially use one of the sequencer tracks to select pattern one of the other 7.

So if you want pattern 1 to play 4 times and then play pattern 2 4 times, you can use track 8 to select pattern. So if you want pattern 1 to play 4 times, you place a note in the sequencer that selects the next pattern and then you add a conditional setting like 4/4, so this trigger is only played the 4th time it's played. So it will play pattern 1 4 times, and 4th time it passes the step with the pattern data it will select the next pattern.

And so on.

But yeah, would be nice with something simpler, that doesn't take up a sequencer.
