Feature Request: Tie Steps Together

When using a track for sending MIDI out of the Performer, it would be great to be able to 'tie' steps together to allow sustained notes to be played. For example by joining steps 1-5 together, it outputs a continuous note for the duration of steps 1-5 without re-triggering on each step.

You can select the notes to be tied and increase the gate length to maximum.
