Great job. Could you provide the foldseek dataset of beta-lactamase task?

Hi,

The beta-lactamase dataset only contains mutation variants of a wild type protein. Structures for these variant are not available. We trained SaProt only based on pure sequence.

Thanks for your reply. Another question, when training Saprot for the beta-lactamase and stability tasks, are the sequences entered as “S#F#A#” form?
