How to use GO dataset?

Hello, I’d like to run the GO dataset and obtain the Fmax metric, but I’m not sure how to go about it. Could you please provide a tutorial?

Hi,

You could follow this tutorial https://github.com/westlake-repl/SaProt?tab=readme-ov-file#fine-tune-saprot to finetune SaProt. You could run the GO dataset by replacing the .yaml file with the GO task :)

hello, I also want to use the go and ec dataset, but I don't know how to revert the label id to the original name of go/ec, e.g. GO:0004364. Could you provide this label mapping table?

Hi!

Sorry we also don't know how to convert the label ids to original text annotations. The GO and EC datasets we downloaded had already been processed into digital labels.
