Missing Weights for Structure Encoder

The protein structure encoder: foldseek_t30_150M (which has an identical architecture to esm2, except that its vocabulary only contains 3Di tokens) does not seem to provide specific weight files.

Hi,

The weight files for all encoders are combined into ProTrek_650M.pt. You could follow the example to initalize the ProTrek model.
