Yeah, it's pretty minor, but maybe it affects something else somewhere?
I couldn't replicate this one, but I just manually went to the Game Play -> Time of Day Help entry. Maybe it occurs on a specific display size?
And minor, yes, but in some cases like this one it's worth reporting.
I don't see it either if I go to help->GP->ToD. I have to get there by clicking on a selected unit's alignment, or an ability (but not a trait).
It appears this specific issue was introduced in 9362698f1ab51b6611140c7410d971440cd19719 first included in 1.17.7.
