fix: todoist api v2 and package updates

Fixes deprecation of v1 todoist API as detailed in #22.

Updates all packages to latest, and updated taskId type. I've tested in Obsidian by swapping out the compiled main.js in my plugin directory and confirming that all functionality appears to be restored now.
