Folder can't be deleted until Sublime Text is closed

I use fetch package command for fetching the remote zip archives to my hard drive.

Once some folder is created using this command, it can't be removed until I close the Sublime Text 3. This may happen if a newly created file isn't closed by the plugin.

So I've to reboot the Sublime each time I copied the contents into a wrong folder.
