Hello,

Just wondering if you had any interest in forking this to support a Youtube-DLC branch. DLC is a community youtube-dl fork with more ongoing maintenance and active development. https://github.com/blackjack4494/youtube-dlc

The repo mentioned is unavailable due to DMCA takedown. The new repo created by the author is here:

I will update so match the new repository(ies), maybe once this abusive DMCA takedown settles a bit. youtube-dl has many good uses however it was really unwise to have copyrighted material being downloaded as part of tests in the original fork. Music artist need support but labels are much more like bankers of a trading floor looking at their stock go slowly down.
