Add support for RFC2333, DTMF payload

I'm using this package to my SIP-ua. It works well. Thanks alot!

But found it just ignore DTMF RTP events. This patches are fixes I'm using which include:

• not ignore DTMF events
• simple wrapper(helper) of DTMF payload
