Thank you for linking this issue. I wouldn't probably word it like that (I don't like asking for upvotes), maybe something like:

Integration with PulseAudio isn't as smooth as it could be, known feature which would improve it:
- [implement module-ladspa-source](https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio/-/issues/120) - would reduce latency
- [disable post-processing of unused stream](https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio/-/issues/869) - would save cpu cycles when no one uses the mic

I'll first see how my issue in PluseAudio goes.
