Bug: azure test pipeline fails

  • [X] I've checked the issue queue and could not find anything similar to my bug.

What is the problem? The azure test pipeline often fails because their images are not up to date.

What is the solution? Replace Azure pipeline with github actions. The github actions images are maintained properly.
