Problem with startup.

Sometimes three processes are launched when starting the program, but the program does not start further. I have to kill the process and start again. Win XP SP3, I created a new profile. The problem was also in the previous version. not naming

this issue is common to the 360chrome browser. whenever you reset the computer and launch the browser it's likely to get stuck on a handful of active processes then go close the processes tree with ProcessHacker and relaunch the browser, problem solved

I debugged it and it seems that I may have not handled TLS properly. I will fix it in the next version.
