miniblink49 build in README

could you please add build instructions in the readme? there's no information about it, and i think it'd be helpful for whoever looks into the project

I'm sorry that there aren't enough documents available at the moment. If you want to compile, you can directly open the sln file in the build directory and click on the compile button. Additionally, I'm currently upgrading the kernel to version chromium132. Stay tuned!

thank you. btw the upgrade will keep compatibility with windows xp, right?

edit: the latest version of cmake that supports windows xp is 3.13.5 if i make a PR adding a cmake build system as option for building miniblink, would you be ok with that?

Yes, the XP system will definitely be supported. This is a very easy thing to do. In addition, welcome to submit a PR.
