WebGL创建失败，导致基于WebGL的Live2D页面无法正常显示

测试页面：https://www.zhangxinxu.com/sp/demo/live2d/ chrome、EDEG、firefox都可以正常显示，但miniblink及VIP各个版本都无法正常显示。 期待显示动态人物效果。
