what browser types and versions are supported?

A quick check looks like IE9 & up to me. IE8 would probably require polyfills for pseudos, border-radius, CSS3 stuff, etc. I think the main demo page shows up blank for IE8 due to it being Angular. If you browse to http://cssicon.space/old/index.html, you can see what many of the icons would look like - some appear usable.

If it's safe to say all icons will be IE9+, that sounds great. I just don't know if it's safe to say they always will... so I recommend putting some statement about browser support in the readme.
