Mark Task menu should arrow key navigation

arguably a feature request. When you hit an arrow key in the Mark Task menu, it'd be nice for it to navigate the menu and allow selection with Enter. At present the behaviour is to insert text and exit the menu:

 - [ArrowDown] task text

(tested on mac os)
