Project Directory differs from Site Root

Currently, the plugin seems not to work if "Project Directory" differs from "Site Root".

example: Project Directory: "F:\workspace\netbeans-projects\name-of-project\nbproject" Site Root: "F:\workspace\projects\project-sources"

when: Project Directory: "F:\workspace\projects\project-sources\nbproject" Site Root: "F:\workspace\projects\project-sources" everything works fine...

Yes, i tried v0.0.5-beta and v0.0.6-beta.
