there isnt any virus in it, this is very literally just taken from a trusted source (wich thanks to wordpress is now unavailable, thanks tokyoneon)
cmd.exe is'nt a virus, and if you embed any files it does go off, but for a temporary folder that it created sorry for the ninja edit
If you look at the "behavior" tab you may notice that it only used appdata and a few system proccesses that SOAPUI uses
