The AvNav decoder hangs on invalid XDR data

When AvNav receives an XDR record that does not follow the spec (i.e. always 4 fields per transducer) the internal decoder can hang. Example record: $IIXDR,A,1.2,D,AS08_ROLL,A,0.8,D,AS08_PITCH,*32
