Show correct file type - bmp should not show as jpg

What

The MIME type for the bmps are showing correct in IIIF builder as
PROJECT1.BMP

image/bmp (Windows Bitmap) fmt/116 | 1046 x 760 S3: PPDBL_A_1_41---PROJECT1.BMP

But on WC it’s showing jpeg, not sure why because all the other mimetypes match what’s in IIIF Builder. And some tifs too. Is it to do with IIIF Builder’s DLCS? Hmm. I think it might be and I’m not sure we should be doing that.

Reason: We’re pulling the wrong information out of the IIIF manifest. We need to use the rendering property
