Creating unified GA4 Property for wellcome.org and wellcomecollection.org

The proposal is to create a new GA4 Property that will use datastreams from both wellcome.org and wellcomecollection.org. Current GA4 properties will continue to run.

A new GTM container will be used to rename events in the new property so that they can be analysed across both websites. Fortunately, there aren't very many events to be tracked. Here are the proposed names: https://www.notion.so/wellcometrust/Shared-events-9ce3c8cd85794d2bba642882cab134df

@LaurenFBaily I am finding out the dates set for creation of the new property.
