What We occasionally get errors in the Slack alert channel related to https://wellcomecollection.org/account/api/users/me/item-requests

On brief inspection these seem to have various causes, but are fleeting and we generally ignore them.

It would be good to get some dedicated time to investigate more thoroughly and see if they are things that could be fixed

There were twelve of these across the weekend and four yesterday. I wonder if this is becoming more than just "occasional"
