Catalogue API shows two works as both Closed stores and Open shelves

These two works show up in the API as being available in Closed stores and on Open shelves but their works pages only show them as being available in Closed stores. They have been requested online a total of 5 times since March. If the users knew they could access these at home, they mig

Sierra only has them as Closed stores.

The works pages are correct so this is low priority.
