Preserve order in multilevel Sierra hierarchies

The order of children within the parent (773 vs 774 Sierra fields) is sometimes significant and should be preserved.

Currently, only the presence of child fields in the parent is used to signify that the relationship should be created. The order is then derived from the id of the children.
