[Feature suggestion] Add notes support for man and info

Hello,

org-noter is an amazing document annotator that already support a lot of formats, like PDF, Epub, OpenDocument, etc.

My feature suggestion would be to add man and info support to org-noter.

When reading the manuals pages, it's very useful to take notes.
