Org attach improvements

Hi.

I'm a heavy org-attach user and I made some improvements to streamline the process:

1. allow users to skip the prompt asking if they wish to use attachments
2. if there's only one attachment, pick it automatically without asking
3. provide a default value for completing-read so it plays nice with completing-read replacements such as ido-completing-read+

:NOTER_DOCUMENT: ../../.attach/2b/7d94cb-0dc0-4a61-a81e-2a46fd0b015b/test.pdf

to

:NOTER_DOCUMENT: ${org-attach-directory}/2b/7d94cb-0dc0-4a61-a81e-2a46fd0b015b/test.pdf

Could be nice if someone would decide to migrate the attachment roots. I personally use ~/data/org-attach as root for all my attachments (regardless of where is the org file) and this directory is under git annex so it's nicely managed.

I never really bothered to check how noter stores the document, relative or absolute or otherwise. So I have no strong prefrence either way as in my use case it doesn't really matter.
