Add external screen feature/dual screen for Twinview Dock ROG Phone 2/3

It'll be awesome to add this feature. Drastic ds already implemented this feature a while ago. It makes the dual screen feels like a legit 3ds console. The dual screen from twinview dock is different from a mainstream foldable phone because the second screen act individually, so i can't use the custom layout. if it's possible, it'll be great addition for an immersive gameplay experience.
