Why resize_nearest_neighbor?

Congrats for the work!

The results are promising but the images are very noisy, for some of them incredibly noisy. I saw the model and I'm wondering why are you using resize_nearest_neighbor op VS resize_bilinear or resize_bicubic.

On my experiments they look better, not a LOT better but something.
