The component "text" take no effect with "value" attribute

As per the documentation, value attribute is just for getting the content of the text component. Setting the value is straight forward and the value attribute is not used for that. Please refer: http://dotwe.org/vue/568f2a6242bf05e51f1bf9d6cbf221d0
