please tell us your experiments and ideas about this issue. It's valuable for us to help you find the solution. I tried to find the room i what to forward a message when the robot received a urlLink, but it turned out i can't find the room for some unknowed reason. What i can tell is something went wrong between padlocal and python-wechaty, but i don't know how to fix it. I can't find the same problem in issues, so i submit a new issue. Hope to get response, thx.
