手动刷新sqlite.db数据

目前发现sqlite.db存储的微信号与实际不一致。 当前微信号Josie_422 这个微信注册的时候设置的是图中的旧微信号tuna06。 怀疑可能就是因为这个问题导致的不一致。 @huan 之前和好大沟通过，好大说应该是需要手动刷新一下，但是wechaty没有提供相关api。
