No `topic` for some rooms

I have tested the newly created Wechaty Puppet WhatsApp room with the Friday BOT, the bot shows the topic is loading... and it's because the room payload has no topic property set.

I have also tested the old Wechaty Puppet XP room with the Friday BOT, and its topic is also unset.

At the same time, some other room topics seem correct.

To be investigated.

I have tested the topic is returend after setting room topic via phone App manually.
