openapiv2 path change: error code protoc-gen-openapiv2/options/openapiv2.proto : error : File not found. [D:\a\grpc\grpc\polyglot\csharp\Wechaty.Grpc\Wechaty.Grpc.csproj]

tsconfig chagne: seems some sub-deps locks typescript version, so we don't need those configs.

By the way, any idea of the reason Pack CI was not triggered in PR?

I think it's related to the bug in GitHub Actions.

Can you push a new commit to trigger it again to see if it works now?

Seems only C# CI is triggered, the pack CI is still stuck in 'Expected — Waiting for status to be reported'
