[Feature Request] Add Voice integration example

👋 Hi @huan -- Wechaty is an impressive project! Thanks for open-sourcing and maintaining it 🙏

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As far as I can tell, there's only one example of using Wechaty with Speech-to-Text [1], and no examples of using Wechat with Text-to-Speech. It would be great to show examples of Wechaty with Voice, from another open source library that can run locally. Coqui [2] has both Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text. I'm a core contributor to the project, so I'm biased, but I still think it's a great fit:)

We'd like to add a voice integration example, and I have visited the Coqui and believe it's a good library for integrating with Wechaty.

As you are the core contributor to the Text-to-Speech project Coqui, would you like to help us to add the example of integrating Coqui into Wechaty?

I'd love to accept a PR for STT & TTS with Coqui integration if you can make one.

Hi @huan -- thanks for the ping. no real update on my end. I still think it's a great thing to add to wechaty, but from our end we're not able to come up with much extra engineering time. If someone from the wechaty community is interested in picking up the torch, we're glad to give guidance :D
