Google Cloud Shell Tutorial: missing step for "npm install"

There should be a step of "npm install" ,otherwise the following error will occur.

The "quick start" is likely the first component newcomers touch , which is composed with api referrence,discuss group,tutorials ,token applying etc. I wonder if tag the issues in type of component , it would be more friendly to developers or users who would submit issues.
