Call for blog post: announce Wechaty GSoC 2021 application

This week we have kicked off the Wechaty GSoC with the help from lots of our contributors who submitted lots of Ideas. We have a kickoff meeting and discussed lots of topics about the GSoC, we believe that the meeting notes should be published as a blog post and share with the community.,
