Add SOCKS Proxy Settings to Preferences

Now that there is a 'Preferences' Window, one of the primary things I'd like to be able to configure are the 'Proxy' settings of the application. (To me, that seems to be one of the primary reasons to use WebTorrent-Desktop over a normal browser.)

Any progress on this feature request? I would like to auto-run my WebTorrent Desktop client to seed data, but don't run my VPN 24/7 because the VPN prevents my Plex server from talking to my DLNA Chromecast device. That's why I would really like SOCKS 5 proxy for Webtorrent desktop.
