Can resize window to be smaller than initial bounds after restoring from tray

What version of WebTorrent Desktop? (See the 'About WebTorrent' menu) Version 0.18.0 (0.98.19) (64-bit)

What operating system and version? Ubuntu 17.04 x64 4.10.0-26-generic

What did you do?

• I closed the app to tray
• I clicked on the tray icon to bring it back
• I resized the window

What did you expect to happen? That i cannot resize the window to be smaller than the initial bounds

What actually happened? I can resize it to almost nothing (around 5px in width and height of titlebar + 5px in height)

Can anyone please tell me if this bug is specific to Electron? Thank you.

This might be an Electron-specific bug. Once we update Electron, we can take a look and see if this issue is resolved.
