What version of this package are you using? v6.0.18

What problem do you want to solve? I want to upload a file to multiple S3 providers, and then create a torrent that has web seeds for those s3 buckets.

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem? Bonus backup if the S3 providers get shut down.

Are you willing to submit a pull request to implement this change? Not a coder sorry.
