Cannot open WordPress Admin

After installation "IWP-v5.3.4-Win", I could not proceed to WordPress Admin Log-in page. After click on "WordPress Admin", below message was displayed on the screen. --> "You can not access this site. The web page http://127.0.0.1:10080/wordpress/wp-login.php was suspended to use, or there was a possibility that the site was moved to new web address. ERR_UNSAFE_PORT"

The condition is as below.

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Google Chrome
  • version: IWP-v5.3.4 InstantWP_1

I hope you to advise me what should I do to use InstantWP.
