Request: global element

Global element could be added that would make permanent footer or header easy to add. I.e. element that stays visible in all slides. This refers to request in issue #57. However, that requires hacking through the code instead of using universal global element.

My use case is marquee / scrolling text that stays permanent, even if slides rotate in the background.
