scratchUp does not trigger callback

on an iPhone the scratchUp does not seem to do anything. specifically i want to display the percent on touchend.

None of the three callbacks works with iOS when realtime is set to false.

I thinking same at first but the scratchUp is fire only if you have not move your finger, after this, scatchUp not fire anythin.

It is the same for me with realtime to false on my Desktop
