Default foreground when loading a tool? Possible?

Trying to do it myself but:

  1. im a newbie in this stuff
  2. a = function(b,c), c = d , etc drives me crazy xD

Basically when u press SAVE it saves to "notes.png", then when i refresh the page, i want to see that "notes.png" as foreground, without pressing Load, etc all the time ;)
